THE FORT 33912 LLC was born in Fort Myers out of frustration with sub-par equipment and careless installation. Our founder Marcus Velasquez spent 15 years in the fitness industry watching gyms open with equipment bolted down wrong, cables tensioned incorrectly, and flooring installed without proper seaming — and decided to do something about it.
We started with a truck, a toolbox, and a commitment to doing every installation the right way the first time. Today we've completed over 500 projects across Southwest Florida, from luxury home gyms in Naples to commercial CrossFit boxes in Fort Myers, corporate wellness centers in Cape Coral, and hotel fitness rooms in Bonita Springs.
